“I have been a long haul truck driver for the past 20 years - now retired - and found myself one day fairly recently with many health problems and weighing in at 330 pounds. I mistakingly thought for 3 years being retired meant drinking adult beverages, eating anything available, and playing on the Internet all day if that is what I wanted to do, because I "earned" it, of course I couldn't have been more wrong, but...

25-30 years ago I did labor extensive jobs before I started trucking such as roofing and working in a sawmill as well as going to a gym so I knew what I had to do. Of course, I will never be able to lift and work out as per when age 40 or even age 50 again, however...it is up to me to be my best version at age 65, and with Anytime Fitness's help and dedicated work put in by me, who knows? It is me versus me! :)
