Crazy it costs 150.00 just to plug a machine and get codes to look to see what's all going on , 150 bucks for one hour just to stand there and observe and to not even try and fix anything is crazy work, kinda upsetting

I asked to have a wh
eel bearing checked and they checked a whole lot more and charged me $71 for testing. Did I ask for this? NO. Prices are ridiculous. I feel woman are taken advantage of. He came out with a $2600 estimate of things I didn't ask to have checked. When I said I'm gonna have think about this, that's when he said I owed $71 for testing

Absolutely the most disgusting, disrespectful service I’ve ever experienced. Specifically Nick at the front desk is the most unprofessional service advisor an establishment could ask for. He has no idea how tire wear occurs and how a wear gauge is used. Was lied to about balancing tires on initial purchase, my truck was backed into a T post and they didn’t care. Establishment is only out to screw the customer. Tried to support local and gave them many chances to make these mishaps right and they continued to disappoint. I’d recommend literally ANY OTHER shop before ever leaving your vehicle in the hands of Heartland Tire.Services: Tires

Staff is friendly and professional. I brought my daughter’s Mazda in on Monday for an oil change and walked to a nearby eye doctor appointment. Techs discovered a nail in the rear tire. When they couldn’t contact me, they called my daughter to okay the tire repair. Both were completed before I was done with my eye appointment. Tuesday I brought in my Toyota for an oil change. Techs found that my battery failed the test they performed and guided me in choosing a suitable replacement. I like coming to Heartland for oil changes, because each Black Friday I purchase coupon books from them for discounted oil changes and other services.Services: Battery
