Every single person from the service guy Josh, Evan in sales, Crystal in finance, up to the big boss man Mr. Weelborg himself were all just fantastic. Even though I did not end up purchasing a vehicle there because I found the perfect car somewhere else, their customer service was phenomenal! They made us feel at home and Josh was great keeping my girls occupied and offering snacks and drinks for them. I was super stressed out dealing with my transmission going out and they were very supportive and empathetic towards me. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Update went in on 14th they looked at the car again. They found the issue of the kicking/wobbling while driving. Its a broken spring in rear wheel and alignment and said struts are bad i know they plan to fix for sure the spring and the alignment im unsure if they are going to fix the struts or not I guess not much was talk about along these lines. Will update as we move along with this process.

Purchased a pickup from Carter. Carter was very helpful and even helped us watch our kid while we were filling out our paperwork. Buying a vehicle at Weelborg was a great experience.

Okay JOHN AND JUSTIN sold a vehicle claiming road safe. The vehicle had a gas leak brought back also told them about other safety concerns they ignored them. Fix only gas leak. I was driving around a s curve at 45 the vehicle almost flipped the rear wheel was wobbling really bad hard to control the vehicle.They refuse to fix saying the vehicle is safe. At this point im going to drive the vehicle following there claims i have directed my family/loved ones of anything happen to take all evidence and sue them for selling something unsafe for rapd while claiming it's safe and refusing to own up. These two are low people for this i told them how much i drive and they put my life in danger. Karma is going to get them good. But if you love yourself or family stay away from John and sales manager justin they will put ur family in danger for a dollar.

Wouldnt contact me after I contacted her,I had to keep calling her and seemed like she didn't have the time of day for me cause I was buying a used vehicle from them not a new one. And the messed up on getting me the black plate I wanted when they registered it not impressed wont be back

I recently purchased a 2025 Chevy Traverse after seeing it on Weelborg’s website. For starters, their website is user-friendly and included informative information about the vehicle.
I had the pleasure of working with Carter. He was so personable and easy to work with. He was able to answer questions and did not hesitate to ask for assistance if needed. We shared lots of laughs and he made the car-buying experience very comfortable.
