He got it to work. So why don’t you tell me how you got it to work for
50.00. Because it still don’t load. It’s the same
As when I dropped it off. It has to do with something inside the computer. You don’t even hear it loading It stays stuck on the dell loading screen. It just goes around and around. I am not stupid. I been working on computers myself since 90s. Even went to school for it. Just don’t have the patience now to deal with it. But please tell the truth So now I am just trashing it All I keep doing it holding it for few seconds and turning it back on. It just does the same thing and I even got to the diagnostic screen myself. It won’t do no more than that. Never goes to the desktop page

I was not going to leave a review because they didn't charge me but my phone has gotten worse and worse since they repaired it. I went in for a broken glass and damaged speaker. Phone calls were hard to hear even at full volume and calls would not work on speaker phone at all. Videos did play well, oddly. First visit- they replaced the glass. I was told 1 hour for the repair and if in by 3 it would be ready same day. Well, they thought they had a faulty speaker part. That visit took 2.5 hrs. Second visit - new speaker part wouldn't work. They realized they were ordering the wrong part. Complete waste of time. Third visit - they were doing me a favor and worked on my phone after hours. I was to meet the tech at 5pm. I arrived at 4:50 he arrived at 5:15. I had just about left. He replaced the speaker and mentioned after, that after market speakers don't always work well. Over the next 3 weeks my phone has gone from bad to worse. The speaker is useless and unintelligible. I have to replace the phone. I do not recommend this shop nor do I recommend repairing. Even the glass isn't working properly. The touch screen feature often locks up.

They were able to fix my broken screen on my cell phone. Went in they gave me a quote they ordered the part and called me when it was in. They installed it right in front of me and made sure all was good with phone and sent me on my way. Wonderful customer service.

Excellent customer service from the email exchanges to the phone conversations and in-person experience. My daughter's phone was fixed in a timely and satisfactory manner. If/when another piece of my technology breaks or quits or frustrates me, I will be RUNNING to Tech Unlimited!

I brought a printer to the shop to be repaired after I incorrectly installed the ink cartridges and it appeared I had damaged the printer. I got a call a few hours later that the printer was working fine, the cartridges had been reinstalled and there was no charge. WOW, what great service.
