“We came into Northern Lights Auto with a pre-approval, and from start to finish, Patrick was absolutely amazing to work with! He genuinely went to bat for us with the bank and was able to get our deal a couple hundred dollars lower than we originally anticipated. He also got our monthly payments lower than we were expecting, which was a HUGE win for us and our family! What stood out the most was that Patrick was very intentional about not being a “salesman” and simply humanizing the car-buying experience. That made such a difference! He was kind, patient, honest, and never once made us feel pressured or rushed into making a purchase. Instead, he made us feel comfortable, heard, and confident in our decision. If you’re thinking about buying a vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend asking for Patrick at Northern Lights Auto. Don’t automatically let your credit or income make you feel like you can’t get into a vehicle. Patrick will genuinely do his best to work with you, advocate for you, and help get you and your family moving! Thank you so much, Patrick, for making what can be a stressful experience feel so easy and positive! We truly appreciate you! ✨”

“I purchased a used 1986 Honda CRX SI and it needed a lot of work. I found David and Elite Motorsports from a vintage Honda forum. David and his team worked over the course of months to get my CRX roadworthy. Head gasket was blown (fixed), all new valve train, converted the A/C system to accept new refrigerant, basically replaced the entire engine coolant system...I could go on. Not easy to do on a 39 year old car. Plus, David and his team fixed minor things at no cost (for example, they stitched a rip in the seat). I'm really happy to have found Elite, my CRX is back on the road, thanks!”

“I had a wonderful experience with VW of Inver Grove! I knew what I wanted when I got to their dealership and they didn't try to upsell me. I had to wait a few days to get my new Tiguan (supply chain issues!) and they provided me with a rental so my life wouldn't be disrupted. Once my car came in, they made sure I had everything I needed before I left the dealership. This is the second VW we've gotten from them and it won't be the last!”

“Great people, great prices and great service, these people are like the little house on the prairie, they are very helpful and treat you right, honest, courteous, I've known Alvin, Jim, Dorthy, Ruth, Julie, and Chris for years I've been coming here, and never had a problem or issue, they once even helped me get a battery for my car. Shame on those people that give them a one star review.”

“After more than 3 decades of dealing with Merit Chevrolet, we have come to thoroughly trust their advice and service. Recently, our insurance company recommended auto theft repairs be done at another shop whereby it would take more than two weeks just to get in. Instead, Merit Chev auto body offered advice that allowed repairs: 1) to be completed within 24 hours (therefore no rental car required); 2) to cost overall well below our insurance deductible.”

“We have purchased our last five vehicles here over the course of many years. From sedans to SUVs to eventually a minivan as our family grew. I have had nothing but amazing service and very little issues. Had one vehicle with a more significant mechanical issue within my warranty, they took it in, repaired it quickly, no questions asked.
