“Excellent summer sausage
Needs a bit more flavor but is cooked perfectly - the other place in town has a bit more flavor but is not cooked enough
Being cooked more is better”

“Love this place. Everything is good here. Jerky, pepper sticks, bacon, Summer Sausage. I drive over 250 miles just to go to this meat market.
I have my deer processed here. Best Summer Sausage around.”
