American Legion Post 627 is a lively and friendly community venue offering regular events. The place is often packed, especially for popular activities like Wednesday night bingo, which has an upbeat and fun atmosphere for all different ages. The bingo caller is clear and good, and the waitresses and staff do an awesome job. They also host Friday night karaoke and DJ nights, though recent feedback indicates the new DJ's music is not liked by the crowd, who preferred the previous DJ. The legion holds other events like a meat raffle and Sunday bingo, which are described as so much fun. Visitors find everyone very friendly, welcoming, and nice. Food options like the cheeseburger and seasoned fries look good, and there is free popcorn and self-serve ice water. The loss of a beloved, long-standing mural in the entryway was noted as a heartbreaking disappointment by some. Overall, it is a place where people have a great time and plan to return.
We had 14 people out on the deck Monday a big group of loud golfers and our service was Great she was so nice and funny we all will be back next year she needs a pat on the back

We stopped in from out of town on a Friday night and had so much fun with the meat raffle that we came back on Sunday for bingo. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Get there early for events if you want a good seat! We didn't have any food either time, but it looked good. Free popcorn!
