We are pleased with the results of thelandscaping at our new home completed by Backyard Reflections of Nisswa. Their efforts to complete the project before freezing temperatures required some extra shuffling of resources. This effort was successful.
The work was undertaken late in the season requiring Backyard Reflections to return in the spring. We expect that the final product will be completed as efficiently as the initial work and we are looking forward to enjoying the beautiful finished landscape.

We retained Backyard Reflections to create a patio outside our walkout basement under our deck with a fire pit down slightly towards the lakefront. The design was just what we envisioned and the finished product was even better. Mike and Jamie were professional and responsive as we went through the design phase. Jody and Ryan were also professional and responsive in answering our questions and keeping us apprised of what was happening each day. They put in long days over 3+ weeks to get it completed and were meticulous in laying the pavers, setting the boulders and creating the bar. I highly recommend Backyard Reflections and will definitely use them again for any future outdoor projects.Services: Walkway landscaping

Backyard Reflections performed an outstanding transformation of our failing steep shoreline to a new beautifully landscaped shoreline. Our new backyard included demolition of failed railroad timber retaining walls, and failing old concrete retaining walls and stairs. Structural repairs were completed using new boulder walls, grand granite steps from the bluff to the shoreline, and mulched areas between the boulder walls with beautiful new plants. Backyard's construction work was completed by employees who care about the quality their work products and who enjoy working with the homeowners. I was AMAZED! They did an excellent job, my yard looks beautiful. Every person that I dealt with was very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. We definitely got more than what we paid for, the gentlemen that did the work fully explained everything to me & they took extra time & care not to damage anything. I would tell anyone who asks to give them a call. We will use them in the future for sure!

Backyard Reflections rebuilt several retaining walls in my yard this summer. I rate the experience as outstanding! Working with the Backyard Reflection crew is an experience I wish was provided from all the contractors I work with. The office crew was responsive, professional, and worked quickly to resolve small issues that surfaced during the course of the project. This was on top of any outstanding design they provided to begin with.The crew that did the work are masters of their craft. I continue to look out at the work performed and say WOW! They exceeded ALL expectations.I would highly recommend Backyard Reflections for any landscape work you need completed. You will not be disappointed. These Guys ROCK!

Greta was wonderful to work with as she designed our landscaping project! I am very happy with the finished product as it adds curb appeal to our house and it was not overdone. The crew was very professional as they worked at our house for a couple of days and were very willing to make changes at my request! I will definitely hire Backyard Reflections for any landscaping projects in the future!

I don't write many reviews. However, in this case, I was so impressed with BR that I am compelled to pass along the great experience we had. They did a landscaping that included flagstone, new paver walkway and rock. They were timely, professional and highly skilled in the laying of the pavers. I recommend you check them out.

I hired Backyard Reflections to clean up several perennial gardens that I have and provide monthly maintenance service for them. They are very knowledgeable about the types of plants and were able to provide cost estimates in advance, also adhere to those costs. They use team approach to come up with ideas and address plant issues. I highly recommend them!
