Very unprofessional business. I do not recommend renting from this outfit. Drop off and pick up were both late. Pick up was 45 minutes late—while we waited in the water at the boat lift for pick up. We called to check if they were coming, the driver hung up on us. We called the owner, he was very rude and threatened to charge us more—which you cannot do. I called my credit card company immediately and reported the business. These people made us feel unsafe.

Great job detailing carpet after winter. Yes, they can remove road salt from carpet. And you get a loaner vehicle until job is done. No other places I know of gives you a loaner car. Keep up the great work,
