  I was not treated well by Konnie. She was rude to my husband and I. Also, the hours of operation are not posted. I was there at 6pm yesterday - April 15 - and no one was there. I was there at 9am this morning - as was another customer - and no one was there. There were several miscommunications over the course of 2 weeks resulting in late filing. Konnie told us "it's not a big deal" after I told her this situation was very distressing to us. We will not be using Nisswa Tax Service ever again. I would not recommend them to anyone.
