I had two keys cut recently. Ace used the wrong blanks and refused to refund that (small) purchase. Admittedly it was only $7.50, but this is pretty outrageous. I’ve been a customer of this store for sixty years. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Nice knowledgeable employees just be prepared to have them unlock everything you are wanting to purchase so if your going there for ore than one item be prepared to have a helper walk around And Shop with you😁

Would not accept an exchange from a defective product we purchased for $8.58. It was $3.16 at Menards. Love to shop and support local businesses but this was a major inconvenience and waste of time.
