“The staff here is so awesome. I was a little shocked. I needed new wiper blades. With the weather so cold my last blade snapped off as I was getting ready to head to work. I showed up to NAPA when they opened and they greeted me got me a good pair of wipers and directly went and put them on for me. I was not expecting that. I expected to buy them and go home and watch a YouTube video on installation to get my old blades off and new blades on. Other auto parts stores I have visited haven’t installed anything for me (especially on a cold day like today). Any future auto needs, NAPA has my business. Good people work there!”

“I unfortunately had my car damaged (while parked) in a parking lot and had to shop around for repair shops. I called all over the metro and north of the cities to find a place to get an estimate fast. I was distressed as most places only preformed online estimates or you had to schedule days to weeks out to get one in person. Since I have found Anderson Koch’s auto servicing of my F150 very good, I took a chance and called their onsite collision center. The friendliest employees, Kim, answered and said, "yes, come in anytime and I will write up a quote while you wait." I immediately drove from the cities there. Kim wrote up the quote, discussed options, and even identified damage other collision estimate writers missed. Throughout the process the responsible party's insurance was anything but responsive. However, Kim, Cindy, and the manager Alex kept on them for me. We got the repair done and I truly could not be happier with the experience and quality of work! I am deeply grateful to Kim, Cindy, and Alex for making a difficult situation much, much better!”
