We have used this shop for many years. We never had a problem when Monte worked there but now that it is just Brian good luck getting your car fixed! Brought my daughters jeep in to get the brakes done. A week after dropping it off the job still wasn't done. Finally, he gets the brakes done and told us that the muffler was separated but he could fix it. My husband told Brian to go a head and fix the muffler. Wasn't on the invoice but didn't think much if it because they don't always charge us for little things. Thus was back in October. Well today the muffler fell off on Hwy 95.... The last straw though was waiting for my truck to be fixed. Dropped it off on the 7th. It I now the 18th and Brian hasn't done anything to repair the truck aside from putting a temp fix on so it would be able to be moved. We supplied all of the parts. All he had to do was replace them. My husband text him every few days to see where we were and he kept saying oh yeah, I'll be in today. Or I was playing hooky so I will be in tomorrow. We'll, tomorrow never came. Don't waste your time. Mike the owner is Brian's dad and all he said when we complained was that he couldn't do anything about it.

Thanks to Brian I didn't rip my motor apart to do timing that it didn't need. Plugged cat. Saved me alot of hell. He rebuilt a fuel line for me,custum. Pressed in all my bearing, & found I had bent rim that 4 other tire shops never noticed. Brian is very good at his job, he understands how things work unlike the new breed of mechanics coming up. They have no clue. He's trustworthy & not selling parts you don't need. Hard to find a good mech. Like Brian now days & that's why he so busy. If only we could clone him. I know westby wis. Needs one. ThanksBrian. My focus was looking scared when i started ripping it apart. Landlords getting ready to evict me if car left apart over nite. April relayed your mes.thats what it was. I now have a platinum driveway & a car that can breathe. Gotta get ahold of you for a tune. Heard you do that. Also added ram air. Ill be needing your advice.peace felloow humans.Services: Tires

Now days it's hard to find honest fair mechnic shops. These guys are the best. Straight shooters, fair prices. I'll limp my car 4hr drive to have them work on my car. & I'll have to wait cause theyr aways busy. Smart people know this is place to bring your car. So ya gotta get in line. World full of dishonest mechanics ripping people off & these guys are honest hard workers,explain what's up with car. I can't afford to get screwed over & these guys only shop I trust. Thank you brian

After several days of trying to get in touch with them, I finally saw lights on when driving home and decided to stop and see if anyone answered. They did, and I had a good 10 minute conversation or so, about my f150. He Said he had to check to see how much parts were and hed give me a call in a couple days it's now been about a week and I haven't heard anything, nor have they answered the phone.

$19.99 oil change coupon sent in the mail is a total up charge scam. How does a $19.99 oil change come out to $45.00??Well let's just say we won't be going back again. The 12 people I told about this found it to be very jacked up also. Wonder how many people they are going to tell about this??Not cool people. North Branch area is to small to be ripping people like this.Time will tell if you will be around in the coming years in business.Service: Oil change

I been going to Auto Tec for years its run by 3 men. All very helpful. Its cheaper then other places. Love going there to get my truck looked and fixed.
