I called all over the metro and north of the cities to find a place to get an estimate fast. The friendliest employees, Kim, answered and said, "yes, come in anytime and I will write up a quote while you wait." I immediately drove from the cities there. Kim wrote up the quote, discussed options, and even identified damage other collision estimate writers missed. Throughout the process the responsible party's insurance was anything but responsive.
