This is my favorite Casey's location. I usually go during nighttime hours but my fiance also goes during the day. They are so very kind and have the best employees. I am disabled and on crutches and I can't even remember the last time I had to open the door to get in or out. Your team has learned my truck and always stop what they are doing to open the door for me. Little things go a long way and it's the reason I only go to this gas station in town. Thanks for hiring a kind and caring crew!

Just called ahead to order a pizza and breadstick they told me 15 mins I was on my way home from work so said I'd be there in 30 mins, plenty of time to cook the pizza and bread stick. Showed up to pick up my food the casheir was more worried about playing a scratch off with some guy who didn't look like he worked their behind the counter. When she finally acknowledged me it seemed like a hassle for her to check me out and check on my food. She checked me out waited 5 mins which was no big deal for my pizza and bread sticks got home to eat after working and the meat(bacon) was still frozen and the (pineapple) also still frozen tried a second piece and same thing also other than the cheese being melted the suace and crust was barely warm. On a good note yes the breadsticks were done and kind of warm

They will make cheese pizza slices for quick sell, i can't eat any meat I'm Allergic to pepperoni and sausage, Makes me mad I've always ordered a whole pizza from them but I'm not anymore ,Cause they won't sell slices

I love Casey's pizza, breakfast or dinner, don't matter. However, this location continues to disappoint.I ordered a pizza, waited 15 min and went in only to find out the slip fell on the floor and they didn't even start the pizza!The customer service here is always terrible so of course they just look at me and the cashier says, " so do you want to pay now or wait?"Seriously?! You can't even offer anything for the screw up? Apologize? Anything?Of course not.

You guys need to fix the morning no food problem. There is never any food. I come in after 6am and its empty. Just a slice or 2 of pizza. It's getting worse.

Last week I ordered a supreme pizza and it was delicious! I just ordered another large supreme 20 minute's ago picked it up and it was over cooked almost burnt and not good at all!!! Such a disappointment

It's the absolute worst convenience store I have ever been to! In store management is horrific! The corporate office is no better! I would starve and run out of gas before I would spend another cent in this store!!!

Their pizza is SO tasty, and I appreciate wanting to have fast delivery but…the pizza is always under cooked. We have ordered 3 times and have now made a habit of preheating the oven to expect an undercooked doughy soft pizza. I love being lazy after a long work week, snuggling with a Casey’s pizza and morphing into the couch. The customer service is stellar, website easy to navigate, and who doesn’t love GOOD delivery pizza! Just know what to expect when ordering. I give a 5 star ⭐️ ratings because let’s face it, we can’t all be perfect.

I'll start out by stating I love Caseys and I understand that they are short staffed as alot of places are currently, That being said the main reason I am brought to Casey's is for there sandwiches. In my opinion it's what really is a game changer between them and there competitors. We have few options located near this particular store and in my opinion they are loads better in quality when opposed to Subway. Unfortunately I have attempted to go there 5-6 times in the last 6 months to get a sandwich and all but one time I have been told they don't have any bread, staff or several other ingredients needed to make it and they would be unable to help me. It sucks trying to rely on the if you have a limited lunch break. Hopefully in the future this can be addressed for more consistent service.
