My experience with this companies visitation center was horrible. My very first supervised visit with my son they had falsely documented on my first report that I was over two hours late to my visit. I was early. Super excited to finally see my son. No way I would be late to these. I reached out to the supervisor, Connie, about the mistake on the visit report and she didn't apologize, she was very rude about the mistake acting like it wasn't a big deal, she said she had so many reports to look over each week and things slip by and happen. She said she would fix it. Get to the center for my next visit there's a new copy of the visit report with the same mistake. I feel done intentionally because I had just explained to her the importance of these visit reports being correct. After reaching out to her again about the first report still being wrong she fixed it with the right time but the rest of my reports were heavy with documentation errors from this point forward. Our visitation monitors were blamed for the mistakes on the visit reports. I was told by Connie's supervisor they would be contacted about the mistakes to see what they say it's been a month I haven't heard back from her. Court has already came and gone. I couldn't submit my visit reports as evidence due to the delay in proper communication. I paid hundreds of dollars for these visits and the reports. I requested with the courts to have these visits. DO NOT USE this visitation center. If you have in the past I urge you to get your visit reports and read through them all your answers may be in there.

This review is for the senior services provided by Family Pathways organization. Prospective clients should know that Family Pathways does not require those in their employ to be vaccinated against Covid-19, even when helpers are in client homes for extended periods of time. The helper I experienced could not even be bothered to wear a mask, even though my family member is immunocompromised. When asked her vaccination status, she rudely and unprofessionally preached that "god protects her" . If you want to keep your elderly loved one safe during a global pandemic, do not use this organization.

Love this store but prices are too high especially on clothes. People donate them and you guys sell it for high price smh! I hope in the future it will lower its price. I saw a shirt I really like and looked brand new and the price was like $14 come on people donated them for free but it's price is high for something that's donated I had to put it back so when I go shop in there I don't look at clothes anymore I just go look and buy other things instead.
