First-time customer. Called in for availability for pedicure and was told could come right in. The nail technician did not ask me for what type of pedicure I wanted, and no menu of services was provided. No attempt at instruction on chair massage was given as I unsuccessfully tried to use control. Water in bowl was run until almost full before technician showed up at chair and asked how water was. Too cold for my likeing and water was not dumped she just attempted to add more hot water which was not adequate. The customer seated next to me was chided for not checking in properly for her appointment, which was very unprofessional and made the experience even more uncomfortable. That customer had that technician start working on her manicure at same time she was getting her pedi and the technician even sat on the bowl on my chair to work on her nails. The atmosphere was not spa-like at all. I provided my own nail polish. The polish was applied pleasingly. In my opinion, the service was not worth the $40 charged plus tip. I really can not recommend using this salon if you want a pampering salon experience.

Bob & Nini did my nails today & to say I’m happy is just an understatement!! This set is my favorite set I have had ever! They did such an amazing job & were so diligent in what they were doing. I will absolutely be back! Thank you Miami Nails❤️

I’ve been coming here for years, Bob and Nini have been so patient with me when i was in foster care and even now. I take an hour drive because they’re so trustworthy. I absolutely LOVE Miami Nails! I have going to Nini for 6 years now and I have never been disappointed. From acrylic full sets with beautiful designs to natural gel nails, she can do everything. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone and everyone!

Disappointed #1first thing I noticed upon arrival and sitting down cleanliness is important and it didn't seem to exist there,to the point of being grosse!!!! I witnessed her Not cleaning area or equipment after my visit and taking on another client. A 10 second hand massage with lotion would have been nice --strange not to get that with a manicure.

I have been looking for a good nail salon since moving to the area a few years ago and I’m so glad to have found Miami Nails! I’ve had my nails done by a few different technicians and they’ve come out amazing each time. Nini did my French manicure this last visit and it is absolute perfection! You won’t be disappointed!!
