This is one of the only smoke shops that actually carry the product I go to any smoke shop for. Which is those Show Cigarellos. The customer service there is great. All the employees are pretty great and the owner is a good man. They have a points system so if you shop there you can earn the points and redeem em for 5 bucks off or they have a few other options there. They got a good deal of tobacco products, pipes, incense and cigars.

Great when its open however would be nice if they would open on time. Several times have been sitting in the parking lot waiting for someone to show up. Its now 845 still locked up watching people pull up and drive off because its still closed. Guess they dont need the business that bad🤷♀️

This is the second time I’ve shown up at 8:30am when they supposedly open, but nobody here! It’s even 8:45am as I look at the time now and still no show. Makes me very unhappy, I’m supposed to be at work soon.

This is my first time here. If you use a walker or a wheelchair, it's big enough for one. They did a fantastic job on the use of space. It's exceptionally clean and well lit. The lighting isn't over powering. No strange odors. Actually, I didn't smell any odors. You walk in and you feel like you're somewhere else. The Worker that was on , his name is Shawn. He treated the female customer in front of me with respect and really listened to her. He also asked her questions and made a suggestion. He didn't hurry her. He was extremely patient and polite.
His hospitality and respect is off the charts. He helped and treated me the same way as he treated the female customer. I highly recommend going to this North Branch, MN store.

I'm very happy with this store. Staff is always pleasant and helpful and most important for me is they don't judge. I've purchased a few items for others and wasn't sure if what I was getting was what I was supposed to get as I personally don't partake in certain things and it was actually nice to not be looked at like I'm piece of crap loser as I've been looked at and been treated as such at other stores I'll never step into again. People do what they do for the reasons they do them, but just because they do doesn't mean every one of them are horrible people. Until they're able to get out of the dark place they're in that keeps them doing the do, it's not my place to judge. I'm sure some know what I'm talking about... I've been there myself many years ago.
Anyway I'm just thankful for finding a store with staff that's very friendly, helpful, cheerful, and and nonjudgmental. Thank you so much for that!!! (And sorry I posted a novel!! Lol)

Went there for the first time today, they stock the entire line of puffco products! Super nice gentleman behind the counter, wasn't rushed, knew what I came in for. Great service thank you guys!
