“Rented an outdoor space for my boat. It has been 3 years but we need to sell it. We chose Gopher State because of the price and secure location. During one of the few times we were on site, we saw a guy spraying for weeds around the perimeter in the boat and trailer parking areas. Overall, we were very satisfied with Goper State and would recommend them to anyone looking to store their boat, camper, fishhouse, ect. If you live in the cities and drive up 35W to your cabin or campground, it's convenient and cost efficient to store your boat here.”
