Dropped the ball massively and miscommunication with my dad. My dad died. They didn’t call. Then they lied about how the undertaker would arrive. I barely had any time with my dad before the funeral home came. DONT RECOMMEND

Hi all our family had our father in a nursing home rush city mn end of June to end of July 2024. Dad had cancer and failing kidneys so need to be in nursing home. Nursing home advised hospice ,we picked st croix hospice they were so kind and friendly to our family they treated dad and us like family. If you have any hesitation don’t get your parent or loved one in hospice as soon as you can they were so much better than nursing home folks. I and we as a family give the five star service from them.

Mom's caregiver team out of the North Branch office is the BEST!! Without them we would still be struggling to help Dad take care of Mom. They helped with Mom's care at home, then cleared a pathway for getting her into a facility that's right for her and our family. I am so thankful for each one of Mom's hospice caregivers. They want the best for Mom, just like I do. They are caring, knowledgable professionals but they feel like friends.

A huge dept of gratitude to the St Croix Hospice team! They were all so wonderful to my mother-in-law, going above and beyond to make her comfortable and pain free, helping eased our worry and stress through such a hard time.

I want to share that the service from our hospice team has been wonderful. This is a difficult time for our family, but the team has been so positive and helpful through it all; it makes it more bearable. My dad has been immobile and has wanted to just be able to get outside to sit in the shade under the birch tree. Our team has made it possible and showed me how to transfer him so that this can happen. Our aid, Angie, is so caring and has stayed longer so that he could enjoy the outdoors and even brought caramel rolls to share with him and our family. It has meant so much to us to have her helping our family to care for him.
