Great company! I purchased a nicely optioned vertical lift second hand, but it had no canopy. I ordered a brand new super deep canopy from Vibo to add to my lift setup. The process was easy despite supply issues for the canopy top. We kept in touch throughout the process which was very much appreciated. When I went to pick it up, the people were all super friendly and helpful(always answer questions timely via email, too), from the office staff to the guys working in the shipping area. They helped us load, gave us pointers about strap placement, etc. My buddy that came with me to help pointed to one of the lifts in the yard and said well, I know where I'm buying my new lift. One thing I really love about their products is that it all feels very modular. If/when I need to replace or add something, I can just go on the website (instead of finding a dealer) and place the order for what I want or need. Everything seems very well thought out and super easy to work on. I also love supporting a local Minnesota small business that makes high quality products.I just wish they made a bow stop for my wake boat, I'd buy it immediately. Oh well! Thanks again!

We ordered new aluminum decking for our dock, waited nearly 1 year because with the current economy they weren't able to get materials. Relieved a phone call on Monday to pick it up IMMEDIATELY or they would sell it to someone else. Val didn't want to take my credit card info and would not run it through until I had made arrangements to pick it up. We weren't even in the state at the time. UNBELIEVABLY RUDE!!!!

Over the last 20 years, I've spent over $20,000 at Vibo Marine (2 boat lifts, canopies, canopy covers, solar chargers, etc.). Products aren't as good as competitors, but they're less expensive. The most recent canopy that I bought from them was worthless - basically just shredded the un-reinforced stitching. Lasted only 7 seasons. Had to buy a new one for $1,100 and they wouldn't give me any discount, even though I could order it online for $800. They admitted that that particular canopy had been poorly made and they were changing suppliers. But they wouldn't give me any discount whatsoever on the price. Then, it took them forever to get it (over 2 months) and then mislead me about when I'd get it (initially said it had shipped on 6/28 but by 7/15 I still had not received it. I just can't get over that they couldn't do better for someone who has spent over $20,000 at their place. I won't be going back.

We called Vibo Marine to ask them if they could repair our PWC lift canopy, that was purchased several years ago from them. It had been damaged from a tree limb falling on it. They were happy to repair it for us and saved us from a huge insurance claim! Thank you!

I purchased a 48 foot roll in dock from Vibo. Saved a bunch of money by hauling it myself ( they let me use one of their trailers) and putting it together. It’s very sturdy and solid. Excellent product and super service. Nice people to work with. Would do it again if needed.

Vibo Marine is a company that takes care of its customers. Brian and the guys there are excellent to deal with. I couldn't be happier with Vibo boat lift and Vibo dock.
