I completely agree with all the the rest of one star reviews, I have had my storage for almost 20 years. Never had an issue with Arnolds - ever!! New owners are like dealing with nothing I have ever experienced. I ran into some financial issues and was more then willing to pay their exuberant late fees, both of them, one on the 6th of the month and one on the 16th of the month. I was making payments but still got threatening emails about locking my unit and cutting locks and putting my unit on auction. I explained that our daughter had just died and we had her childhood items in unit and would never let it go. I made all my payments and then was told I had to vacate unit. I asked why and the rude lady that works there just kept saying "We're ending the relationship" all smug like. I had three days to vacate, which I should have done a year ago. NO LONGER RECOMMEND SINCE ITS NOT ARNOLDS SERVICE ANYMORE, this is like dealing with the mafia.

Absolutely hideous customer service! They'll charge you, not one, but TWO late fees in one month ($20 + $40). I'm out. DO NOT STORE HERE.

Three rate changes since they took over. Now their insurance rate is climbing. I miss aronalds storage where the customer comes first. To these owners their pockets come first! I do NOT recommend!!! You say your raising prices to be competitive but you so nothing to earn the increase. Looking for new storage. Five days late on a payment is a $20 fee. You guys are a joke!

Safe, secure, large spaces available. The storage units are super clean. I've had my storage unit for a couple years now I couldn't ask for better. The staff is awesome also!!!

We used a 10x10 unit in the “Storage Lounge”. It was a great experience. The facility is accessible, clean and has all we needed to move boxes and furniture around easily. The unit was on the second floor but the two elevators made it easy to load aside unload. The staff were always courteous and helpful. We would recommend this facility to everyone in need of storage.

I totally agree with Adam Larson, it was a great place when Arnold’s had it, these new people are crooks I will be emptying my unit ASAP 2 rent increases in 7 months and a ridiculous property insurance rule. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!

This place nickle and dimes for everything. Constant rent increases. These guys want you to get late fees, like some corrupt bank. Now they are requiring every unit get renter's insurance, or you're automatically enrolled in their own insurance program for an extra $9+ per month. Why would we need to worry about the unit getting damaged? Isn't that their responsibility? Shouldn't they be providing security and maintenance to the property?

Walked in and after being shown by Cody and Eric a 10 by 20 ft storage, Tiffany the administrator took care of the paper work and in half a hour from walking in I was a customer and had a key to a parking slot. Great service. I used to have up to 5 parking slots for many years with Dave and Mary Beth Arnold and they sold to the new Osprey group and there was a seamless transfer. Thank you

I've been renting from Arnold's storage from years not a single problem. I get thrown into the new owners care and already in second month I'm looking at moving because lack of communication and ability to actually reach anyone who is in charge. If things don't get better, people are better off looking elsewhere!
