I went in there today 7-30-2023 as I was looking for a .5”x7” long bolt. I spoke with Ryan Olson as I wasn’t aware that you couldn’t just go in and buy what you needed. He looked for what I needed and found it and Ryan just have me the bolt I needed free of charge. Little things like that can gain a customer for life. If I ever need a supplier for hardware, I will definitely be going through B&F. I appreciate it so much and was able to get what I needed to get fixed on my semi during a pinch. Thank you Ryan!!!
