“I opened an EZ checking and an EZ savings account for my teenager and got her a debit card. I signed the papers, but because I’m a Gen X , I assumed if there was no money in the account that she could not withdraw any. Well, apparently things have changed, and they kept letting her overdraft and kept charging the overdraft fees . Thankfully, we caught it and got it all straightened out & they made it right. I did not have to cover all five of the overdraft fees. I appreciate that because the communication problem was partly mine and partly theirs. I’m very happy my best friend recommended Southpoint financial credit Union and for the most part I have been very happy with them. I wish them all the success. Sincerely, Julie W.”
