“Several months ago this garage told me I should think about new tires due to tread wear. Went to garage to talk about new tires, check tire pressure and fix lower bumper that had been dislodged. I had no appointment. They measured tread found that tires did not meet threshold where they recommended new tires. They added air to tires and took car back to the shop and determined I did not need a new part but with a little extra hardware secured the lower bumper. No cost for the visit.”

“Car broke down outside of owatonna. Called AAA and was connected with a Deans Northtown Towing outside of Mankato. Our tow driver was Jay and was super helpful! He was able to find my car easily after AAA had put in an incorrect location and did not make us pay extra service charges because of that. 10/10 recommend Deans. request driver Jay if you have the opportunity to do so.
