“I was at Lloyd Lumber Rental today and received fantastic customer service. I came in asking for a particular tool to rent and he found it outside in the shed. He came in and told me how to use it. I wasn’t sure if I would need it for more than a day, so he helped me figure out the best route to go. I had never been there before but with the customer service I received today, I will be back.”
