This is why I love these guys & bring my car to them only! Recently, while moving, my steering all of a sudden got loose, making noise it never did before. I brought the car to the shop to make sure it's safe to drive. Even though the guys were slammed-Friday before a holiday weekend-they took the time to inspect my vehicle thoroughly. Tony put my mind at ease that it's safe to drive while he gets a few items ordered to fix the issue. When your mechanics care about your safety first, it shows. Thank you Tony & team!!!

Customer service was terrible, called asking a very simple question and they were just very rude back immediately right away. Not being considerate at all or anything. Just very unprofessional.

Shoutout to Tony. He is a phenomenal guy. I can't believe that he called me a couple of days later to just check how my car is operating. I've never seen someone do that before. These guys really do care about their customers. Plus, they have a military discount, and if you are not a service member, don't worry, their price is very reasonable.

BEWARE!!!Do not get me wrong I think that all of the workers are incredibly kind and very quick at their jobs. However, they maybe choose quickness over efficiency.I recently took my car in noticing that my car was leaking coolant. Within 1 day I got a call saying that they fixed my car and that it was a bad fan and relay switch. While this didn’t seem right, my car knowledge is almost nonexistent so I paid them and went on my way.1 week later I drove 7 hours home and while driving my engine completely blew out. Talking to my mechanic back home he discovered there was a bad thermostat that was completely missed. This minor oversight that should of been a quick and cheap repair has now cost me my entire car. Please be careful when choosing to go here! I do not want anyone to be in my position.Service: Engine repair

Uhh, I made an appointment because I hear metal hitting noise on the bump.They almost charged me $1,000 replacing both struts and sway bar joint without telling me a lot of details..Turned out that it was only a brake caliper guide pin was stuck that making a noise which was $10.And got charged $95 for inspectionPeople are nice and I know you are busy but.... This is not cool.

My passenger tire was low. We put air in it, but it was leaking fast! Took a chance and drove to Express Auto, Tony was there; I told him what was going on, he ushered me in the shop and they took care of my low tire! Great service!!! Very friendly!!!! I will definitely tell other to go there.

We had a 2020 Ford Transit serviced here. He was very punctual and even sped up the service so my driver could get rolling sooner. Awesome and trustworthy place that is willing to work with you. Highly recommend.

I received a high quote from a different service shop so I wanted to get a second quote. Mike gave me a number initially that was a lot lower so I decided to bring my car to Express Auto. Not only did they fix the needed repairs, they went above and beyond to see if they could fix an intermittent issue I had been having with my car. I will definitely go back in the future! Thanks Mike and team!

The best business in Mankato I almost got my eyes gouged out by the dealership in New Ulm telling me I needed to replace all four of my brake calipers and brake lines and master cylinder ! I took it to these guys and they got it done for a little under $350 ! And they also found I did not need half of the parts or things they were telling me I needed !
