Our return was completely done wrong. Thank goodness we checked thoroughly. Took two weeks for them to return our calls regarding said mistake and it was a huge mistake. No apology and the amount we had to pay to have our taxes done WITH a mistake was outrageous! Will NOT be returning there!!!

We used H&R Block, North Mankato, for the first time last year. We filed our taxes on time, but the filing was rejected because of an information issue. They never notified us that our filing didn't process and go through. Several months later, we were notified by the federal and state government that we owed 1K+ in late fees and interest. When we called H&R Block to complain that they didn't let us know our filing wasn't completed, and we had excessive penalties because of it, they were unwilling to take any responsibility. We will NEVER use them again.

Beverly is incredible and handles both my personal and business taxes. Support staff are fantastic and efficient. Although I don't have experience with anyone else, the tone set from top down is great. I'm positive that anyone in the office could help with all your needs.

Made an appt and nobody showed up. Get no answer from anybody in the office when they say they are "open" . Cant leave messages because voicemail is full.
