I want to start this review off by saying when I usually visit the establishment everyone has a smile on there face and very welcoming but when I visit the gas station today I got weird vibes off one of the employees when I first walked in ms. Addisson kept staring at me making me feel very uncomfortable like I was going to steal or something which I never felt like this before usually when I come in everyone is in a positive mood and welcoming but she kept staring at me and when I smiled at her she had an attitude and didn’t smile back so when I got to the register I seen her rushed an old man the man was putting his card in his wallet and I was waiting for him to get his things and move out the way I’ll told her I’ll wait till his done I was in no rush but she told me to proceed which I felt like it was rude I told her I wanted to do $3 on my ebt card and I wanted to pay the rest in cash she got an attitude and she began to talk very loud and she told me I couldn’t use my ebt card on hot food which I know this I explain to her that I wanted to just buy my drink with it and pay the hot food with cash she rolled her eyes and she says it again “ YOU CANNOT USE YOUR EBT CARD ON HOT FOOD “ which I felt was very uncalled for why do you have to let the whole store know my business I felt like she was also rushing me so I asked her how she feeling and if she was ok because her attitude really rubbed off on me when I walked in I had a positive attitude she told me she was only feeling that way because it was a rush which it was only 2 people behind me and it was another man helping her at the register ( which I wished I went to him seem like he had a better attitude than her ) i paid for my items and I told her I hope her day gets better I understand a rush may have you feeling upset and bothered but you don’t have to take your anger or attitude on other people especially if they have done nothing to you I tried to calling the store and telling a supervisor but come to find out she was the supervisor I told her how I felt and she seem very nonchalant and didn’t care I will only be coming to the gas station in the morning seem like they have better employees with better attitudes

I love this store. It's always clean and so organized. The bakery products are so fresh and delicious and have a wide variety to choose from. The employees are always so nice and friendly.

I have lately never been buying fuel here due to this Kwik Trip Location and all locations in Mankato/North Mankato Ripping you off I can save $0.59 per gallon on regular by going to Kwik Trip store #466 or #1152 a distance between 10 to 14 miles has a zero percent excuse for such a difference in fuel prices a even bigger ripoff was a few days prior you could save $0.20 by driving across to store #275 behind Menards off of MN-22 don't believe my download the Kwik Trip app select the more icon and tap on locations and it will give the current fuel prices and the cost savings are before any fuel discounts I'm also constantly waiting for registers due to employees standing around doing task that can wait and due to this location not having self checkouts like the recently opened store #1152 ditch the freezer under the registers and add one or two self checkouts.

Went in to buy a vuse pod and the sign said $4.99 per pack underneath the single pack item. Apparently it's for some promotion for the two pack which the sign is nowhere near but any customer seeing that would think that it was for the single pod. I spoke to the manager about the extremely poor signage and he became short with me and quite rude. I simply suggested that this concern should be brought up to corporate. He began deflecting and making excuses. Definitely won't be using this location for my personal or company business. Don't recommend unless you want to be insulted.

after driving for 10 hours we ended up here for gas & a bathroom stop. I am embarrassed to say, their bathrooms were cleaner than mine at home! It was shocking. No nasty public restroom smells, spotless, I couldn't believe it. Many thanks to whomever is responsible for cleaning here!!

I have done a mobile order from the N. Mankato Kwik Trip a total of 3 times. Each time I have ordered I arrive a few minutes later than the ready time stated when I place my mobile order. EVERY time I have came to pick up my order I check the Carryout Section, and there has been empty. Then, I go to the counter and tell them I'm picking up my order and they look absolutely clueless. Their response has been the same each time, "Is it Door Dash? Usually, it brings at us. " Then, I tell them, "Nope, I ordered on the app." They go go looking for my order and I've had to wait between 10 to 20 minutes each time. Obviously, something is wrong with the mobile app that they should probably look into it. Then, to not offer anything for the inconvenience is rude.
