I hate North Mankato first of all...my friend had to pay UPS to hold a delivery that they wouldn't return to sender, until he could get there to return it to sender. My question is this...what was UPS going to do with the package otherwise? I'm guessing...return it to sender.SmdhWhat a ridiculous process.

Terrible service.. they will not let you talk to the North Mankato center before bigger problems arise. What happen to customer service. If it was an issue that I could talk to the d*** machine I would but this is not anything you can do that.

Great service and extremely helpful. The lines always seems long though but nevertheless I do enjoy ups. Maybe if they had a larger space it won’t feel like you’re packed in with sardines.
