My husband and I are very happy with the service at the Commerace Drive store. We have visited several times to have issues with our phone fixed or explained to us. We decided to purchase the wifi they have and again we're having issues with getting it set up. One of the sales persons actually stopped by our house to help us. Thanks to to him, all our problems and questions were taken care of quickly. Thank you to all the staff we have talked to over the past 2 months. You are the best!

Store was busy, however I didn't have to wait very long. Wrist phone developed a problem that technician Jack resolved. I also wanted a new phone. Jack found an upgrade to the phone I had so I bought a new phone at the same visit.
