Been waiting 3 days for prescription and trying calling only to hear on the phone that the pharmacy is unavailable. Now I'm out of my meds but thankfully walgreens on madison said they could have it ready in an hour.

Very disappointed with the return policy and the manger assisting me. I bought two hair care products that I can’t use due to the smell lingering in my hair and causing headaches. I opt to do receipts sent to my Walgreens app. When asked if I had a receipt I replied that it was in my app but I didn’t know how to find it. Wasn’t shown how to find it. Asked to enter my phone number. Didn’t work, put it in again after this time he scanned the item. Still nothing. Was told there was nothing they can do. Told them to dispose of the products because I can’t use them. Won’t be buying anything I’m not 1,000% sure on because I can go to any other store and they would gladly return for store credit or at least ask why I’m returning the items.

I don’t recommend using this location for prescription pick up. Went to the pharmacy to do a pick up. Prescription was ready all I needed was to pay and pick up. The blonde pharmacist was literally standing right there in the pharmacy when I was told by some random lady dressed in street clothes “working” in the pharmacy that I couldn’t pick up my script at this time because the pharmacist was on lunch. After the lady told me this, the pharmacist walks by and rolls her eyes at me in the drive thru.

Terrible customer service and all of the employees answering phones in pharmacy are rude and condescending! This is not my expertise so treat me like a customer the way you would want to be treated when going into a business that you are not an expert in. Jeff was very good when I talked to him but the rest need to find different professions!

Pharmacy hours are like bankers’ hours, so unless you’re a rich white person who happens to be able to get off during the middle of the day, you can’t pick up your prescriptions. Absolutely ridiculous! They wouldn’t even let me drop off my prescription this morning at 8:58 because the pharmacy wasn’t open yet. It also takes several hours to get your prescription refilled, whereas if you just go to the one on Madison Avenue you can have it done in 20 minutes. Pharmacy techs are rude. Many times they do not have my prescriptions available two to three days after I’ve ordered them, Even though they are on auto refill! The only reason I’ve used this pharmacy for the two years that I have it because they’re only six blocks away from me. I would suggest finding another pharmacy!!

I had a Covid testing appointment at 12:30. Arrived at 12:27 but was waiting behind 2 other vehicles when I arrived. When I finally get to the window it’s 12:35 and that’s when the lady told me I was late and I had to reschedule. It was already difficult for me to get out of bed when your feeling under the weather but to get turned down like that is something else. I’ll find a different pharmacy from now on.

Miya in the pharmacy is very helpful! I had a quick issue with my birth control prescription and she was able to be in contact with my clinic and resolve the issue within minutes . When I went to pick up the prescription she took time to go over it with me because it had changed brands and made sure that I felt well informed. She made my overall experience go so smooth and I was able to be on my way quickly. I really appreciated her going the extra mile!

I switched pharmacies. I have been going to Walgreens for many years.About 4 months ago the male pharmacist seemed to only handle my pain pill prescription. Very oddly. He would delay me, and do very odd behaviors towards me. I feel my pain meds are not what they are supposed to be.Walgreens in Dundee, Michigan (my old Walgreens) was raided by the D.E.A.. They were selling pain meds "out the back door". I feel this pharmacist is "dirty". Rather than make an issue, I switched. BE WARY.

The day time staff is normally very friendly and helpful which is great. But, the night crew turns off the lights shortly after 9 (even though they close at 10) pretty much every night. It makes me feel very uncomfortable and not welcome. I understand the concept as a warning to closing soon but 9:50 seems like a better choice. Being that I live in North Mankato, my options at night are very limited, and sometimes I just need to go there after 9.

People who work at the pharmacy are nice, kindhearted and are very helpful. I always enjoy coming here to get my fathers meds once every month and just get my first dose of COVID vaccination. Thanks all that you do everyone!

The pharmacist, Lee, helped me to schedule the second dose of the Moderna vaccine. I had received the first vaccine at Mankato Clinic, but I was called out of sate on a family emergency and missed my second appointment. He took the time to schedule me online. I truly appreciate his time and effort!
