The workers at this location are so kind to everyone who comes in. They never mind helping with what ever you need. They also always have a full staff so I have never had to wait more that a minute.

Best UPS store I have ever been to. They always put up with my many Amazon returns and exchanges and are so pleasant to work with. Always have a smile on their face and just really great people. Highly recommend.

I loathe going to the UPS store because I cannot stand lines and I am slow with electronic scan codes for returns; I find it difficult to locate, pull up shipping labels, etc, at the time of handing over a package to mail/send, or a package to return.
Today was my first time visiting this particular location and I had a wonderful experience!
The man helped me navigate my electronic scan codes for returns, he printed the labels, and he even helped me double-check the items I was putting with each shipment. I wish I had his name because he was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.
He had me out of the store in no time at all!
I hope future experiences will be like today.
