Your ground pick up website doesn't work and your automated phone system doesn't work. You have to go through the entire automated phone process before you can speak to a representative and then you get to repeat the everything with a person. This is not efficient.

why is my order stuck here. its been a week.
edit: after calling fedex, its apparently policy after a week to consider a package Lost. At that point, they will not help at all in tracking down the package, and will encourage you to shift blame on the shipper and get a replacement. They will not give out the phone number to the facility. This is their business model I guess.

Package Pickup was a little weird. On the side of the building there's a door with a sign for pickups. Inside is a small vestibule where you pick up a phone and dial a number. Someone will answer the phone and proceed to bring your package out. If it's a big package they'll drive it around to parking lot on a small golf cart.

I have ordered countless things from countless websites that use FedEx as a shipper and hesitate every time. I do not want to punish other businesses because of FedEx’s incompetence. Out of everything I’ve ordered NOT ONE package has shown up on time, I live about 10 minutes from the facility and the package will sit there for days at a time before it’s delivered. It’s a pain I can’t just go pick it up since it’s sitting there but anything shipped with FedEx economy has to wait for the knuckleheads in the plant so take 2 days to sort it to their less than proficient drivers to finally deliver it.

My shipment came to St. Paul, MN an astonishing 5 times from Charlotte, NC. Each time they send it back south instead of forwarding to Grand Forks, ND. You get a lot of lip service but who are we kidding. There is no accountability, no one cares. You don't need a head on your shoulders to work here.

They tried delivering and i was not present. I was told driver would leave the package at the facility for me to pick up. Upon arriving they were unable to find the package and eventually just told me it'll get here when it does and to come back. Unprofessional for such a large company.

Horrible customer service. Had a door tag left with a number that was never in the system and nobody ever rang my bell and customer service would not help at all. Worthless

Can't find my package after telling me I can come pick it up. Drove 30 mins for no reason. Now I have to wait for them to call me. Extremely frustrating. I'm not holding my breath. Hope you prepared to reimburse $2000
