For employment, it used to be a great company. To be clear. Employment means contracted service provider employee. Never actually worked for FedEx themselves, just contractors. Only say USED to be a great company to pull for because they USED TO be super busy all the time and plenty of freight. Now contracted lanes are getting shut down due to extremely low package volumes

FedEx delivered my package to the wrong house and won’t take responsibility for it. Instead they are now blaming USPS who has no information on the package. How low can FedEx go? Extremely rude customer service who will point you to dead ends instead of solutions.

Apparently FedEx is more important than everybody else waiting when there is an accident. This driver drove in the left lane to bypass ¼ mile of backed up traffic. Absolutely dangerous and selfish. I have never had a good experience with this company.

We live in a townhouse complex and we recently had our roads resealed and the last day of a 3 day project the Fedx truck drive drove down the well marked part of the they had just sealed ruining the road. After calling Fedx 5 times, I finally got through to someone to explain the situation. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have not gotten a return phone call yet.

Second day in a row that I had a package that I need delayed because of bad weather conditions and they have been fine. I didn't know sunny days was bad weather. They said it will be delivered tomorrow. It won't be. It will keep getting delayed. It's sad that I got all the stuff I need from UPS and USPS.

I have complained three times about the deliveries. On the FedEx app I have for them to put our items at the side door. But they put them at the front door for all to see. Again today delivery was left at the front door. I am frustrated.

When you pullin go straight to gate where there is security they will guide you to right place .but so not enter visitor parking .that isxnor where you pick up packages

According to the tracking my package came from Washington State which is where the sender is fromwhen to Montana North Dakota to st paul 55115. It then went to N. Dakota then Montana. Now it is in n. Dakota again

Driver jammed the packages right by my garage, I can't move my car and push it in. Are you guys THAT lazy that you can't ring the door bell and I have to find out after the fact? Next time I order anything I better make sure it's not delivered through you guys because UPS would've handled it differently.I hope you guys go out of business.

1. Absolutely no effort trying to get me the package. No call that they were already here twice, absolutely no effort to let me know when they were here, would be back, or when it would work for me ( the customer ).2. Zero real people on the phone, just a robot sending you in a loop that does not help. I couldn't get past the robot, it helps you in no way possible.3. Their sight and email system is trash. No way to manage delivery. Their automated emails told me nothing about when the package would arrive, just that It would be there today like I have endless amounts of time.4. It won't even let me confirm my address both online and on the phone because "only the shipper can do that". HUH?

Won't deliver my packages even after speaking with customer service, the facility manager and the driver.... they're holding my packages hostage and will not deliver. I will be calling CGC to let them know the terrible service I have been offered and how many times I've been lied too.
