One of the customer service tellers, Heidi Mc Cormick, put me instantly at ease, explaing the system and welcoming me to Northfield. Her expertise with my funds and my income were incredible... and I listned to many others over the years, speak the same.. that' If it were not for Heidi Mc Cormick and her clear willing instant expert help with all issues .. they would not be banking at Merchant's . Over the years I have worked with Heidi and her deep uderstanding of banking, and how to use my money wisely, and helping me learn how to do that, has saved me . I value her and know everyone that I know in my circle of friends here, feels the same way. She makes us comfortable and safe while banking. We know she will do her utmost to help in any situation we are working with.
