I banked here for years and now I find out they won't let me bank here for whatever reason. Very unprofessional. They don't answer their phones. You ask for a service and that person is on break their short staffed. I suggest you go somewhere else

I understand that a pandemic currently affecting us, but why does this bank not have anyone answering phone calls on Saturday mornings? If something happens to a debit/bank account, the customer has to wait until Monday during most costumers working hours.

My boss used to try to pay me with checks from here and in the winter I had several customers also try to pay with checks from this bank. I wont accept checks from any bank that charges a cashing fee (There are others). I've told them all their options are either pay cash, incur an additional fee to pay by check from one of these banks, or move their money to a more customer-friendly Bank like Merchants which is a fantastic bank I have been with for years and couldn't be happier with. They would never dare such foolishness

I live in Mankato and our local bank would not help us apply for the payroll protection program. I was referred to Community Resource Bank by a friend. Jarid Finstuen went above and beyond to help us out. I would love to work with them them again in the future.

We have had a couple inconvenient occurrences while traveling with our Community Resource Debit card. We flew into Florida and the card was rejected at the first store we tried to use it at. Called on a Saturday afternoon and the bank was closed. Called the number on the back of the card and the only help available was a lost and stolen number that could do absolutely nothing because there was no fraud and we hadn't lost a card. We had other sources of funds so not that big of a deal. Now this weekend my son is traveling for school and is running into the same issue with the card not working after assurance from people at the bank confirming that everything will be just fine and work. Guess what, it's on a Saturday after noon and the bank does not have anyone available until MONDAY again and my son does not have the other fund options we have so he is stuck. Not currently happy with my small local bank and not being able to solve problems when they happen outside of their inconvenient hours.

Called 10 different times at both locations at different hours different days and the only two people who can make changes to my account are not in.I also was promised my call would be returned by one of them, never happened even after 14+ days had pasted with me calling 2 or 3 times looking for an update. Must be a great place for those lazy people to work since they are never in.

Worst experience I have ever had with a bank and its handling of my account, the Vice President of the bank a crook and her boss and her boss the President of the bank only interested in covering their mistakes up at my cost...even went so far this month as to try to force me to close my account to avoid any litigation, minimally. Can't recommend it and wouldn't!! Have now waited for over three weeks for a replacement credit card, requested three separate times, and still waiting, with no access to ATMs for cash and now the end of the month expenses!!
