Holy high pressure sales! My husband and I were touring the lot looking at possible cars. Guy came out almost immediately and WOULD NOT STOP TALKING. Trying to be polite, I said, "Thanks for your help!! We'll come get you if we need anything." He got the hint and left. 2 minutes later a different guy came out. We told him we were being helped. He stated he just came out "for a walk." He goes back in. First guy comes out and says he's new and they want him to stand "no more than 8 feet away" from us. WTH?? Not nice anymore, I told him the high pressure sales make me feel uncomfortable and want to leave. He said, "OH ok. Have a nice day then."Wow. We did leave and don't recommend

I really wish I could give this dealership a better rating, but the service and honesty we were given, isn't 4 stars. My partner's truck was totaled in a hit-and -run accident last September and being a carpenter, he needed to find another vehicle that he could use on the job. Finding a truck that was affordable and not loaded with mileages or issues was hard. We thought the Ford F-150 we ended up buying from Northfield Ford was an okay vehicle. It was bigger than he wanted and more expensive, but we frankly didn't have much choice.Where the diappointment in Northfield Ford comes in, is it turns out the truck had a recall on it, for the transmission (basically this batch of trucks would get stuck in third gear and not move higher or lower--and the speedometer would stop working altogether making the truck basically undrivable and an accident waiting to happen) that hadn't been addressed and we weren't informed of it. To make a long story short, after owning the truck for six months the issue with the transmission showed up and now, almost five months later, we have finally gotten it fixed, at our expense--an expense of two thousdand dollars, since Midway Ford (the nearest dealership to us, living in the cities) would not honor the recall as it had expired last fall, right around the time of our purchase. Had Northfield Ford told us about this issue and the missed-recall, we probably wouldn't have bought this truck.I tried calling Northfield Ford when the issue came up and left a message on their website about this issue as we were trying to deal with it in July, and no one contacted us.So two stars might be generous. Oh and I had forgotten that after buying the truck we realised the back gate's lock didn't work, which meant we had to get a new lock--being a carpenter with tools, it would be insane not to have a truck that didn't lock. I talked to the dealership then, and they said there wasn't anything they could do, we had bouught it as is. For 19,000 dollars.Add that the bluetooth has never worked and now the radio isn't working--nor are we able to set the clock.Either Ford F-150s are junk, or dealerships don't care about the products they sell, or both.Both are disappointing, and have lost our trust and respect.

Bought a 2005 toyota rav4. Was a day late with a price negotiation and the manager still gave me a discount. Very friendly and helpful. Will purchase again with them down the road!

Colan and staff were very helpful. We ended up not buying a vehicle from them due to circumstances outside of the dealerships control but they went above and beyond for us to get us into a vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership

I brought my 2021 F150 in for warranty work with 19,996 miles because it is rusting out in multiple spots. The dealership denied it and said Ford did. I called the Ford customer service and they said it was the local dealership that denies warranty work. They deny it and pass the decision on someone else. Anyone that won't stand by their decision doesn't deserve business. Go to a dealership that values customers. As a military veteran, this dealership should lose their yellow ribbon.

When know one else in town could do a Alignment on my h2 hummer because of the custom rims Northfield Ford nailed it.very professional and very good people. Highly recommend. Thank you guys

I have had two different transmission control module’s coming, both back market, both did not work. My car has been waiting at their dealership for 2 weeks. Im a doordasher, I can’t afford that. They want to charge for the 2 hours of service when it didn’t work!!!!! $400!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am in awe, absolutely ridiculous. As I was stating my defense, the lady receptionist got smart with me and proceeded to hang up on me. That was the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. 9:09 AM June 23rd. Absolutely horrible. I hope you guys break my car so you’re liable for it. I have never had a worse experience. My sons and my grandsons will forever talk bad about this trash company. I will tell all of my friends to stay far away from Found On Road Dead. Henry Ford is rolling in his grave and you’re making me want to join him.

The service crew was wonderful. They didn't have what we needed. Offered to order ot in, but we're on a tight time schedule, so they called another place to help. Sent us on our way.

Overall had a great experience from Northfield Automotive. Dennis helped me get my new radio covered under warranty, and he special ordered the tires I wanted as well. They installed the new radio and tires all in the same day. Would definitely go back in the future.

It wasn’t the fault of Northfield Auto directly. The back window of my truck had to be warranty replaced. When the new window came in and installed, nobody noticed that it was the wrong window. They are working in correcting the issue.

I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from here. My sales person was Devin and he exceeded my expectations as a sales person. The day I purchased the vehicle their financial department was very busy and Devin kept me in the loop the entire time instead of me waiting and wondering what was going on! The entire staff that worked there were very friendly as well.
