Jacob was so helpful. He replaced a brake light that had gone out w no hesitation or complaint. He wouldn’t take a tip. It was cold outside too. I bought the light + he installed it!

We were traveling back from North Dakota on 35 in two vehicles. Our truck had a coolant line start leaking and we had to pull off on the exit to Northfield. We googled mechanics in the area and found Doug’s Auto. I am so glad we chose him. He gave us a few gallons of water and we were able to get the truck there probably an hour before they closed. He even stayed after hours to get us back on the road. I would recommend him to anyone needing a mechanic in that area!

Doug's Auto is your local hometown business. The staff is knowledgeable, great to work with, and really cares about the customer! If they run into a issue, they keep you the customer informed.
I highly recommend them for any automotive work.

Incredibly pleased with Doug and his team. Was passing thru when I struck an animal on the highway which cracked my radiator. Doug was able to work me into his busy schedule first thing the next morning and got me fixed up within a few hours and back on the road. I'm sure appointments are preferable, but he helped me out immediately when I walked in off the street. Friendly, helpful service with proficient repairs at a reasonable cost. I wish these guys were closer to me because I would have found a new go-to shop. Thanks Doug!

Had something in my tire. Called Doug’s. They got me in the same day. I was in and out in 30 minutes and the price was super reasonable!! I always trust they will do right by me.
