They did a great job fixing my daughters 2012 Outback. They repaired the head gasket. The car runs great with no other issues. We highly recommend this service center.

On my way south to Des Moines, I was stranded on the highway at 3 pm and assumed that was the end of it. Already had cut my losses expecting to have to book a hotel.
Pete came and towed me, got my car in right away and had me back on the road (even stayed an extra 20-30 mins to save my day) that night!
The service all around was warm and friendly, and they were honest and transparent with me about my car’s options. This was my second call bc the first was booked through the week. North Field Auto Care got me in and out in two hours. Make this your first call.

Miscommunication between staff lead to an extra day in the shop and me almost not having a ride to work. One of the technicians was kind enough to let me use his personal car. Set up an appointment to get the work done that was diagnosed. I said I would need a loaner and that I would need to know if they had one or not that day. They didn't reach out to me until 11:30 on the day of the appointment when my car was already at work with me.
