David helped me with suggesting an awesome phone and worked hard to find the best plan for me when I was looking to switch to T-Mobile. He was also extremely helpful by answering all my questions and concerns and made the process of transitioning to T-Mobile seamless. I would highly recommend T-Mobile to any of my friends and family based on the experience I had!

David was GASSS. Homie helped me pick out a new phone and plan and made the stress of switchin carriers much lighter. I was more than pleased with the service and he was super personable and understanding that I wanted to make sure I had coverage in my crib as well as my general stomping grounds outside town. Would highly recommend this T-Mobile store and the sales rep that set me up. That man deserves a raise dawg ? (imma be cappin that included Netflix Fr too tho)

Absolutely horrible service yesterday afternoon. I was only in for a screen protector, in which we have paid insurance on our plan. I was told that they could not help me and that I had to visit the 611 account. In doing so I was rerouted back to a local store. This time I brought my husband. With him present they finally got to the bottom of this issue. My question is why could they not have helped me in that same manner! Unacceptable service. Would like to speak to a manager about how your employees interact with customers. Ready to change carriers!

My phone had a problem that I could not resolve, and I had an idea that maybe I should just drop this service and go with another provider. That all changed once I stepped in the store: I got excellent service from the staff members, they patiently went through the troubleshooting process, corrected the problem, did not push any products on me but at the same time were ready to answer any questions I had. I left a happy customer with my (very old) phone in working order and I will come back for a new one.

Good service. Prompt. Helpfull. Our new 5g wireless internet works great. Plus saving a bundle compared to our old service.

Each time I have my phone checked for a virus they do it differently. Interesting.
