“I first want to start off by saying that this shop is hands down, one of, if not the best shop that I’ve brought my car to. My wife and I brought our RAV4 to Valvoline for an oil change thinking that everything was fine. Boy were we wrong! Turns out the knuckleheads put the wrong oil filter on, resulting in oil leaking from the car and ending up with the timing belt snapping, seizing the engine, leading to engine failure. Charles and his amazing team were willing to look into it and investigate what happened. They reached out and let us know, resulting in us filing a claim through insurance which ended up getting approved. Charles and his team went to work finding a replacement engine and proceeding with the repair. Once completed, we picked up the car and it ran better after going to the shop than before going to the shop. We still had an issue with the AC not blowing cold air, but the shop instructed us to bring the car in and recharge the air conditioning and now it works like a dream.
