Always friendly helpful people. The isles are a bit out of stock some days but I'm finding that everywhere.

I still regularly use this pharmacy out of limited options; however. They will call and text also email you saying your prescriptions are ready and then once you get there they are not filled. THIS HAS HAPPENED AT LEAST 4 TIMES in the short time of 3 months of picking up from them. Do not send there, they are often out of meds giving you only 10 at a time having to pay a co-pay each time. How can you be out if you have some? How can I have s'mores if I haven't had any yet? Anyway, no thumbs for them.

If I could rate a zero I would. There are always staffing issues with the pharmacy. You just can't pick and choose hrs when you have staff. Sterling Drug is the best option in town.

Do not use skip the line. What they mean is prepay and get in line. They want you inside hoping you will spend more money.

! star only because zero is not an option. On December 19, 2017 I went to the drive thru to pick up three prescriptions, one being new and two previous ones. They were packaged in two separate bags, one containing 2 old prescriptions and the new prescription in its own bag. Getting home I was sorting them in a weekly container when I noticed the "new" scrip was a different color. Thinking this was new I proceeded to sort them. When completing filling the containers I saw the "new" scrip had a different name on the container. The orgiinal bag it was in had my name on it. Now the worst part - I called Walgreens, getting the pharmacist and told her my story. I said I would not be driving back to exchange their mistake. She told me they did not offer delivery service and I told her neither did I, it was their mistake not mine. Getting into a heated conversation I was repeatedly told she was calling the police on me for illegally having someone else's prescription. Awhile later the manager called me and said he would be picking their mistake up and bringing my prescription to me. Their mistake is one part but the response was unbelievable. Calling the police on me for them giving me someone else's prescription? If I had not noticed the name on the container what would they say? Charge me for the wrong prescription? I will never go back to any Walgreens for their lack of customer service or concern for what they did. I did save the name of the person whose prescription I had.

Almost a disaster of a pharmacy. Wait times are double what they tell you, the windows sometimes close early, and at least once my prescription has been entirely forgotten. Go to Northfield Pharmacy -- the service and professionalism there leave Walgreens in the shade.
