“Michael’s is one of my favorite spots when I need anything for my art projects. They usually have exactly what I’m looking for, whether it’s paint, brushes, canvas, or random little tools for crafting. That’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

The only thing that threw me off a bit is that the layout of this location was different from the one near my house, so it took me a while to find everything. Also, I recommend double-checking your receipt or asking the cashier if you’re using a coupon, mine didn’t apply correctly the first time.

But honestly, I still loved the overall experience. The store smelled really nice (weird detail, but true!) and it wasn’t crowded at all, which made shopping even more enjoyable. Peaceful, creative energy and tons of inspiration around every corner. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Web site claims they have items but when I drive several miles.. the employees say it's not stocked there...I usually find something I need for another project.. I wish someone would answer the phone so I can check before I drive 23 miles..”

“I had several pieces of art framed here recently. I went in feeling overwhelmed with so many choices and directions I could take. Shania took her time and worked MAGIC to help me! She was genuine, kind, interested in art, and just a great person. She deserves a raise at minimum. ❤️?”

“We do a lot of business with American Flag & Flag Pole of Lake Elmo, both for our business that has a flag pole & for our volunteer project (Veteran's Memorial). We always enjoy working with Matt & his staff & would highly recommend the company for flags and / or flag poles. The flags they source are so much higher quality than what we can get at the big box stores locally.”

“This store is one of my favorites! Im just an artsy kind of person, so i feel like a kid in a candy store when ever i go here. This store is always clean, the people working have always been friendly and helpful in my experiences, and the only negative is the prices can be a little high.”

“With over 50 years of experience in dealing with coins, Grove Coin is outstanding. Dan Runze is very knowledgeable, transparent, fair, and easy to do business with. He was very careful going through my mom’s collection and documented everything. He is someone you can trust.”

“I stopped by a couple of times last year. It is a bit difficult to find the place. I didn't find it on the first try. After finding the location during business hours, it felt like walking into an office. There were almost no products on display at all. The only thing to be seen was corporate decor and a small team of salespeople. I felt pressured since there was no casual browsing to be done. After asking for a few small bullion rounds or coins, I was told that they don't deal with small volumes or individual sales. Essentially, they are only looking for clients with deep pockets and don't want walk-in business. If you don't want walk-ins, and you only want a few large customers, why even be open to the public? Just run it privately.”
