“Was assisted by Brett, professional and courteous tire installation. Car drove fine for my short trip home, will know better on longer trips how well-balanced they are. Tire installation took about 1.25 hours, which I can do on my manual changer at home (not complaining, just an observation). Happy with the service and would go back.”

“Great place to take your vehicle to be inspected and worked on. It is definitely the most honest place I have taken my vehicle to than previous places. As a woman who is not the most knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle problems and repairs, I am always worried about being taken advantage of and spending more than I should be but Ryan is fantastic. He is very straight forward, explains things thoroughly, as well as works hard to find you the best price for repairs. I highly recommend this place and feel very well taken care of as a customer. I definitely recommend them if you yourself have car issues. Mine had to get towed to their shop because it wouldn’t start and if it would, it wouldn’t idle for longer than a minute. It turns out it was the crankshaft sensor.”

“Don't try calling on the phone, there's not enough people there to be able to answer it. And, in general, they're operating on a skeleton crew here, so everything takes hours.You gotta schedule any tire work by appointment, due to COVID-19. And it's pretty much booked a week out.Pit stop oil change, $20, they just change the oil and that's it. No appointment necessary. But it can take up to 4 hours. And, if you show up within 3 hours of closing time, you can expect to be turned away because they're booked for the rest of the day.Timing is everything here. Usually, you have to wait in line for 20+ minutes, just to talk to someone. They need more people working the front counter!”

“Nellie is always super nice and willing to answer my questions. He deserves a raise or a bonus or something. They tolerated me being on a phone call and didn’t mind at all. I was the only one there and so everyone was helping out, getting me out as fast as possible without rushing my service. Couldn’t be a better experience 10/10”
