“The idea of mailing out my wedding save the dates and invites was super stressful but the Bayport USPS was super helpful and nice! They never even got upset when my envelopes were non machinable because of the wax seal ? Definitely the best mailing experience i’ve had!”
“The store is well staffed and super efficient. It is our “go to” UPS location. The only complaint I have is that is a little dark gives a dated feel and is crowded. But its not enough to stop id from going.”
“Customer service is horrible. Order your business supplies elsewhere. They won't help after 30 days of ordering. Even if you ordered over 600 boxes and didn't get to the messed up ones months later. Absolutely garbage.EDIT: I am now getting a credit for the boxes they sent. Should have been easier to have the right thing done, but I'm glad it has been resolved correctly. “I have never had an issue here, they have always been helpful and pleasant even with half their customers coming in agitated and completely unprepared or knowledgeable about shipping something. If you don’t want to wait in line, you can use their website or the kiosk in the lobby 24/7.”
