Absolute worst of the worst. Good luck getting help on the phone. I've been calling for three days. My local post office told me they have a bad reputation and won't even answer their calls. Guess I'll have to drive there in person FRON 2000 MILES AWAY. Pathetic. I'd give them '0' if I could.

Packages constantly get held at anex for pickup but end up at the bottom of bins so you have to wait an extra day often....when you call the facility they just let it ring until someone gets annoyed with the call and it goes to the busy signal. .... Not to mention how many times they have delivered mail to other people's addresses.....I swear any time something comes by USPS is an absolute dice roll of it gets through this facility w.o something going wrong.

If you're unhappy with your current job, perhaps it's time to find a new job. The rest of us should not have to pay the consequences by not receiving our mail. USPS: if you're looking for a replacement for your entitled strikers, I will gladly take any job you have and give you 110% every day!

The staff were friendly enough through this ordeal, but everything else about this service was awful. My package was late, which happens sometimes, fine. My issue is that I received a text messages from USPS to notify me that my package was out for delivery, my carrier did not have my package. So I called the Annex to see if it was up there? It was not, they said it should be with my carrier. So I get another 3 text messages stating that my package was at the Annex, and was ready for pickup. Great! I go directly to the annex, they then inform me that my package was mis-sorted, and will likely be delivered Monday. Again, the people I dealt with were pleasant enough, but this is absolute garbage. I paid extra for insurance to avoid this kind of mishap

Now they are just leaving packages at the street on Manning Ave. Not even attempting to bring packages up to the house. This post office has always been horrible. But now they are trying to set new standards of shittyness.

This postal AGAIN delivered a package to the wrong address. What is SO DIFFICULT about reading addresses before dropping off packages. I am just disgusted with this annex's very poor customer service.

Had a mail forwarding problem created at the 55082 Annex, but my compliments to Denise at the facility who promptly analyzed the problem, resolved the issue and reported back to me in a friendly, apologetic and professional manner.
