My sister has bone, skull, spine, liver and lung cancer. They refused to fill a script that doctor sent in because of their lack of understanding of Medicaid laws. The amount of pain she is in and then having to deal with them. Switched pharmacy, no problem there. Maybe a little more education might help them.

I have always had a good experience. Pharmacy clerk went out of their way to look for coupons for my meds.

Went to pick up a prescription and waited 20 minutes behind 1st car at window the whole time. I called the pharmacist getting through after 5 minutes, letting them know how long it had been and that I had covid really bad with severe stomach issues. I needed that car to get out of my way NOW. I was now at a point of no return getting horrifically sick in my new vehicle. I grabbed my meds that was ready and went home to deal with this horrific situation. Next time I will go in with Covid if that is how they want to show lack of care for their customers. That or find a new pharmacy.

The customers are even nice every time I'm here. My last-minute supply runs are always fast and easy. This is the only Walgreens in the twin cities I like to go to.

I never do these so for me to submit a review says a lot. If I could give zero stars I would. I called to check the status of a prescription. The lady answered the phone and as I was asking about the prescription she said that she was unable to help me and hung up on me.

If I could give a negative review I would pharmacy technician Lucas A is nothing but rude and disrespectful and makes every transaction a horrible experience even asked to speak to a manager who again was not helpful. You should not have a drive-through pharmacy to make things easier if you're not willing to help those in the drive through. I was not aware it was only meant to be used by some, but definitely not females with a sleeping child in the car, if that is the case that should be posted it shouldn't be advertised as otherwise. According to Mr Lucas A only certain customers are allowed to go through the drive-thru not all, which is odd since he is the only one who wont serve me. I will be reporting this business And they're horrible customer service. Ive read the other reviews im not the only female who has had problems with this technician

New employee white male with glasses very rude at the drive through and inside. Has forced me to spell my name « military fashion » which I did not even know what it meant ! 1 week later came at the drive through window and he refused to answer my request asking me to come inside instead for no reason ! I just left and made sure that he was not there the next time I came !

My first and last visit to this pharmacy. Employee at the window was rude, condescending and not helpful. I watched numerous senior citizens go to the window and all were treated the same way. You've been warned.

0 out of 5 stars. Called multiple times multiple days multiple weeks… today writing this review at 59 minutes…. Been the last person on hold per automated system for last 25 min. Will get these prescriptions and then stop using Walgreens. Convenient location but obviously ignoring the phone.

Automated system lies to you - tells you your prescription is ready when it's not. Automated-refill system also drops prescriptions for no apparent reason. Sometimes tells you when there's a problem, sometimes not. The automated refill systems refills prescriptions too soon or doesn't refill them in time. The pharmacy staff blame the automated system as if it has nothing to do with them. Frequently I have missed prescriptions because they have failed to fill them in time, although they had several days. Accordingly, their incompetence puts patients at risk. Lines are always long. They're always understaffed. Doesn't appear to be any way in which their overstretched staff can elevate complaints, so the poor staff have to take the brunt of angry customers for the awful but safely insulated management.
