Wonderful professional encounter at Waxing the City. If you want an excellent waxing specialist look no further than Waxing the City in Oak Park Heights. Ask for Natalie, she provided a 5 star experience. She is knowledgeable, confident, friendly and skilled. She spoke highly of her manager, training and positive work life balance. How refreshing to hear a professional woman in her career that is thriving and excited about her future with her company. It’s not every day that run across such a mature pleasant person that delivered a fantastic service with a happy smile on her face. First time getting a Brazilian wax, and was definitely skeptical going in. Kylee was very professional and welcoming. Definitely all around a good experience and would do again.

First time appointment with Kylee. She was quick, accommodating, and did a great job. She got all the hairs and left me with smooth happy skin. Minimal inflammation. I will definitely be back here if I need another wax. Also very friendly and professional, which is great.

Receptionist was very nice and welcoming when I came in. Very nice personality. I was then greeted by my Cerologist Kylee. Took me back to a Very Nice and Clean/Sanitary Room. When I was finished, I was more than pleased with her work and professionalism and she held a very nice conversation. I will DEFINITELY see her again, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone. Thank You Kylee for a Great First Time experience in Your Shop!!! Will be Back…???

Male owner is extremely unprofessional. I was asked to walk across the room and touch the wall during the interview. His reason being so that he knew I could follow direction, and because some of the other girls radiate a "F*** You Attitude." He was disruptive during the interview, consistently looking at his watch, and exited mid- interview. His wife, the other owner however- was wonderful. She was very kind and respectful. You can tell that she truly believes in the company and brand. I do wish I would've left mid interview, I felt that this was extremely disrespectful and not a place I would like to support in any way
