“On the ground level, you will find the ‘Online Returns’ desk just to the right (against the wall) as you enter. There’s not a sign that says ‘Returns’, but it’s a sales counter. Returning items is easy, and the staff are fun, pleasant, and professional. They even refund shipping costs! Additionally, it’s one of my favorite stores! It’s a beautiful store with great clothing for the whole family.”

She accurately fit me for a bra and selected various style options that I loved! She provided suggestions and feedback based on what I was looking for. She was exceptionally respectful and trauma informed in all her interactions with asking for consent before touching me to check fit of the band. I highly recommend Heather!”
“I hadn’t been fitted for a bra since I was 18 (I’m 25 now), so I was honestly really nervous to come in. My body has changed a lot, and I felt like I was being “that customer” because I kept bringing back bras that didn’t feel right. Diane was AMAZING. She made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident the whole time. She didn’t give up on me and even said, “I’m going to find you a bra before you leave” — and she did! Her patience and kindness made such a difference. If you need a fitting, definitely go see Diane.”
